Senior Software Engineer, DevOps

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using full‑stack development tools and technologies.
Stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal and external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community.
Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud‑based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment.
Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Ruby, and Go; container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes; configuration management tools such as Ansible and Terraform; and a variety of AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (internship experience does not apply).
At least 2 years of experience with Cloud‑Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
At least 2 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience with Terraform or Ansible.
2+ years of experience with container orchestration services including Docker or Kubernetes.
2+ years of experience with coding and scripting (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Go, Bash, Perl, or Ruby).
2+ years of experience working with Agile Development Practices.
Salary Riverwoods, IL: $144,200 – $164,600 for Senior Software Engineer.
McLean, VA: $158,600 – $181,000 for Senior Software Engineer.
Locations outside the listed areas will have salary ranges specific to those regions. All salaries are provided to candidates at the time of offer.
