What You Will Be Doing
Perform ELINT operations and operational analysis at various levels to determine parametric characterizations, functions and application of non-communications emissions.
Process emissions utilizing unique and proprietary OEM software and algorithms.
Must be skilled in digital signal processing techniques, database management, and their relationships with associated equipment and systems.
Conduct search and/or exploitation of data from various sources to prepare operational and/or technical reports.
Provide detailed technical advice to military operators regarding target acquisition, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination strategies.
Provide strong working knowledge of applicable sensor system(s) and train military operators on specific system software functionality, system products, and analysis and reporting skills.
Coordinate with site personnel and the OEM contractor(s) in support of CETS operations during all real-time operations, operational testing, and both pre‑mission and post‑mission activities.
During real‑time operations, monitor sub‑system health and actively intervene to resolve any detected problems with the CETS system/sensor while maximizing system availability.
Develop procedures to operate and support system military operators when technical data is unavailable or inadequate. Prior operational experience with the CETS system is required.
Support the requirements of the USAF worldwide deployable program and be capable of deploying in minimum time to meet mission requirements.

A Few Things To Note
Shift work, weekend work, and on‑call support is required.
Must have a current and active US Department of Defense (DoD) TS‑SCI security clearance.
An Level 3 employee is typically mid‑career and has 3 to 5+ years of professional experience.
Basic Qualifications
Current/Active DoD TS‑SCI Security Clearance.
Operation and Maintenance experience.
Multiple years of professional experience with ELINT.
Desired Skills
Experience with Signal Reconnaissance products (CETS/RIM/MSCS).
Several years of Airborne ISR experience.
Domain experience with SIGINT processing systems.
DOD 8570 Information Assurance Security+ Certification.
Working knowledge of AF‑Distributed Common Ground Station (AF‑DCGS) operations.
Knowledge of Linux operating system and networking.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, or related Master’s degree.
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our paid time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
Rotating 40‑hour week as assigned by leader.
Pay Rate The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
