I am currently working with the Seattle office of a prestigious national law firm widely recognized for its exceptional pro bono commitment and social responsibility. The firm’s Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a junior associate to work on sophisticated, high‑value transactions in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. You will work both independently and as part of a team on matters such as mortgage and mezzanine financings (lender or borrower side), acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing transactions, and joint venture deals. Base Salary: $235,000 – $310,000, commensurate with experience Pro Bono Credit: Up to 200 pro bono hours may be applied toward billable requirement Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, 401(k), life and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, wellness and EAP programs, professional development, bonuses, remote/hybrid work, and other benefits as required by law Personal Time Off: Offered on an accrual basis, up to 120 hours per year + 12 paid holidays Qualifications
