Analyst

with experience in

Electric Utility systems

and

Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS) . The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing and executing test strategies, and ensuring that all software systems meet functionality, performance, and integration standards within a fast-paced energy management environment. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with system users, developers, and project teams to define testing requirements and project scope. Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and test scripts aligned with DERMS and Electric Utility systems. Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing, ensuring software meets business and technical requirements. Perform testing across various platforms, including web and mobile applications. Document, track, and report defects with clarity, providing actionable feedback to development and project teams. Support performance and load testing to ensure system stability (as applicable). Participate in requirements reviews, identifying potential gaps or inconsistencies early in the project lifecycle. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Monitor testing progress, communicate issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the QA lifecycle and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain documentation of all test activities and results in compliance with internal QA standards. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10 years of experience within the Electric Utility or Energy Management industry. Experience with DERMS platforms or distributed energy technologies strongly preferred. Proficient in QA methodologies, testing techniques, and defect management processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Seniority level
