Job Summary Join a growing advisory-focused firm that blends tax strategy with wealth and retirement planning for high net worth individuals, founders, and privately held businesses. This role provides direct client ownership, meaningful autonomy, and a clear pathway toward senior leadership in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Onsite presence is required during tax season, with a hybrid model available the remainder of the year.

Responsibilities

Lead and review complex individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax engagements

Provide proactive year-round tax planning and strategic guidance to clients

Collaborate closely with internal wealth and retirement planning teams to deliver integrated advice

Improve internal systems and workflows using CCH Axcess or comparable tax software, CRM tools, and Microsoft 365

Train, mentor, and support junior team members while contributing to overall practice growth

Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service in a fast-growing environment

Participate in refining firm processes and contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

6 to 8 years of tax experience across individual, partnership, corporate, and trust entities

Active CPA license

Prior leadership or staff management experience

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and cross‑functional partners

Commitment to delivering proactive, strategic tax guidance, not just compliance work

Experience with CCH Axcess or similar tax platforms
