Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations across corporate and project accounting. Collaborate with the Director of Property Accounting on accounting activity, cash and intercompany transactions. Develop and maintain corporate projection models for Development, Asset Management, Construction Management, and Property Management departments. Track pre-development funding sources and manage funding requests from predevelopment lenders or equity investors. Maintain guarantor reporting, including control lists and schedules. Assist in preparing annual budgets and multi-year financial projections expected project capital needs. Provide analytics for major corporate transactions. Support SVP of Finance with audits, tax returns, e-file forms, and investor submissions. Coordinate intercompany billing, reconciliation, and tracking.
Qualifications CPA or master's degree in accounting or finance related, or a comparable combination of education and experience is required. Accounting experience in Real Estate/Development field is preferred. Strong analytical, financial, and system skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience with forecasting, financial planning and analysis is preferred. Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.
