HS Clin/ClinX/In Res – Assistant, Associate, Full Professor UCSF Department of Dermatology is hiring an academically interested medical dermatologist at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor levels to focus clinically on outpatient medical dermatology through direct delivery of clinical care at one or two of our clinical sites. The role also includes approximately one half day per week supervising trainees in the dermatology teaching clinics at the Mt. Zion campus. The Department prioritizes expertise in vulvar dermatology, contact dermatitis, artificial intelligence/machine learning, clinical trials, hidradenitis suppurativa, connective tissue disease, and hair and/or nail expertise.

Responsibilities

Clinically focus on outpatient medical dermatology at one or two sites (Mount Zion, China Basin, Mission Bay, Berkeley outpatient clinic, and other sites as needed).

Provide direct delivery of clinical care.

Supervise trainees in the dermatology teaching clinics for approximately one half day per week.

Qualifications

Board certified or eligible in Dermatology at time of hire.

Hold a MD or MD/PhD degree.

Academically interested in medical dermatology with research and teaching experience.

Base pay range: $149,700.00/yr – $393,200.00/yr. The position is part of the health sciences compensation plan, providing eligibility for additional compensation.
