Senior Associate – Litigation Defense
Join our Litigation Defense team focusing on premises liability and auto negligence.
Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of cases from filing through trial.
Represent clients in premises liability and auto negligence actions.
Conduct trial preparation, evidence preservation, and motion drafting.
Develop case strategy and manage all aspects of a case through trial.
Qualifications
First‑chair trial experience in premises liability or auto negligence.
Strong litigation skills and ability to work independently in a siloed structure.
Excellent written and oral legal analysis.
