Pilates Manager, Fulton Market Equinox Group is a high‑growth lifestyle brand that brings a high‑performance, high‑energy approach to health and fitness. We offer many member experiences, including Pilates, and are looking for a dedicated, results‑oriented manager to lead the Pilates department at our Fulton Market location.

Job Description The Pilates Manager is the department’s business leader who drives operational excellence and delivers an outstanding member experience. This role creates and supports a culture of teamwork, meets financial goals, and builds a high‑performing Pilates team.

Responsibilities

Strive to achieve monthly and annual department financial goals.

Ensure the quality of complimentary and paid Pilates services that promote continued engagement.

Attend weekly club management meetings and monthly meetings with Pilates instructors.

Collaborate with Membership Advisors to grow the Pilates business.

Organize and participate in club special events.

Execute all operational SOPs, including client outreach and staff accountability.

Collaborate with all club departments to achieve interdepartmental synergy.

Facilitate team meetings to create a positive culture and promote continuous growth.

Manage behavior and performance of Pilates instructors to uphold brand standards.

Build and manage your own Pilates business while coaching the team.

Partner in recruiting, interview, and hiring, ensuring a great candidate experience.

Communicate staffing needs to achieve monthly and annual hiring goals.

Lead the operational and sales components of new‑hire onboarding.

Train and develop new and existing Pilates instructors to grow their businesses.

Share and promote Pilates continuing‑education workshops.

Participate in the Equinox Pilates Education Program.

Position Requirements

Certified on all Pilates apparatus and completed a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher training program with a minimum of 400 hours.

Aspired to drive a business and achieve financial goals.

Demonstrated professionalism toward employees and members.

Ability to create team accountability through structured timelines and required documentation.

Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage high volumes of inbound communication and respond promptly.

Outgoing, collaborative social skills with a desire to interact with members, clients, and staff.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated success in leadership within an educational, fitness, or management setting.

Experience providing high‑caliber customer service.

Relevant sales experience focused on attracting new clients and retention.

Pay Transparency $60,000–$65,000, plus the opportunity to earn bonus and commission.
