A Typical Day The

Servicing Compliance Program Lead

provides oversight into the processes within Servicing Compliance in order to drive connectivity, efficiency, and effectiveness between all functions across leaders. The Servicing Compliance Program Lead will be the subject matter expert on the end to end processes within their existing purview. This role will provide support for activities associated with the Company’s Mortgage Compliance Program to ensure compliance with federal, state and agency requirements. As the Servicing Compliance Program Lead, you will execute internal process improvements. This role is a transition from day to day activities to oversight responsibilities.

The

Servicing Compliance Program Lead

will:

Oversight of multiple projects/processes that are aligned with Servicing Compliance goals, strategy, and vision

Assist with performance management

Develop strong executive level presentations and process journeys

Utility player for Servicing Compliance organization in various roles

Communication with senior leaders and lines of business

Gather, investigate, and review additional information and conduct research

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and value

What You’ll Bring

A thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Strong project management skills to manage process improvements effectively

Effective communication strategies and strong business acumen

Strong organizational skills and time management

Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently

Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment

Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment

Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management

Compensation

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary $65,000 - $100,000
