Position Summary
The Manager of Clinical Engineering is responsible for developing a High Reliability Clinical Engineering program to maintain hospital‑owned and leased equipment in a safe and serviceable condition. This role oversees the work order system and preventive maintenance programs that include all Clinical Engineering and medical equipment functions of the Environment of Care.

• Provide management oversight of Clinical Engineering across the Marshall Health Network (MHN) system. • Ensure regulatory compliance with The Joint Commission, OHFLAC, EPA, and CMS. • Communicate across all levels of MHN on Clinical Engineering and maintenance‑related matters. • Serve as an active member of multiple committees, including the Environment of Care Committee, and act as Chair of the Medical Equipment Subcommittee.
