The Lab is a medium‑size, rapidly growing management consulting, automation implementation, and data science company located in the Galleria area of Houston. We serve clients nationwide and globally, delivering solutions that address emerging business challenges. Work hours are 8‑5, Monday‑Friday.
Position Summary We’re looking for a robotic process automation developer to join our RPA and Agentic AI practice. The role involves collaborating with data science teams to design and build automations that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements, analyze and document business processes.
Develop use cases and configure RPA solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar tools.
Implement and test automation workflows to reduce bot implementation cycle time.
Collaborate with senior management to standardize service offerings and refine our findings, tools database, and best‑practice repository.
Maintain and expand our database/website of benchmarks, best practices, bot sequences, and thousands of business process maps.
Qualifications
Previous experience in developing UiPath RPA or Microsoft Power Automate (training provided for other platforms).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to learn new RPA platforms if required.
