Qualifications To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
Associate’s degree in science, nursing or related field
An unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
5 years of R.N. experience
Previous experience managing a department
Prior Director of Nursing or experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
