What They’re Looking For
Experience in
Investment Banking (IBD)
or with an
Independent Power Producer (IPP)
in the renewable energy sector
Exposure to
energy infrastructure
or large‑scale utility projects
Strong
financial modeling
and
due diligence
skills
Proven
negotiation experience , including term sheets, PSAs, tax equity structures, PPAs, and site leases
Deep understanding of
solar regulations
at the federal, state, and local levels
Ability to collaborate across
technical, legal, and financial teams
to execute transactions efficiently
