Senior Technical Solutions Engineer, Lakebase Job ID: RDQ127R37

The Impact You Will Have

Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to Lakebase/Neon platforms

Provide best practices support for custom-built solutions developed by Databricks customers

Deliver suggestions for improving performance in customer‑specific environments

Coordinate root‑cause analysis and resolution of high‑complexity issues and informally assist peers with technical roadblocks and user escalations

Work with APIs, REST payloads, REST endpoints, and third‑party integrations to make recommendations to resolve user issues

Demonstrate and coordinate with engineering and escalation teams to achieve resolution of customer issues and requests

Participate in the creation and maintenance of company documentation and knowledge articles

Be a true proponent of customer advocacy

Strengthen your AWS/Azure and Databricks platform expertise through learning and internal training programs

Participate in weekend and weekday on‑call rotation

What We Look For

Genuine desire to help customers

4+ years of experience in technical support roles for cloud products

Experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining Python/Java/Scala/Golang based applications is desirable

Strong experience with SQL‑based databases is required

Linux/Unix administration skills

Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP

The candidate must possess excellent English written and oral communication skills

You must have the ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems in real‑time

Technical degree or equivalent experience
