The Senior Application Developer – SuccessFactors & CPI Integration is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and integrating software applications across SuccessFactors and connected systems. This role has a strong focus on SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to ensure seamless data flows between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications. This position is critical in driving smooth HR operations by enabling accurate, automated, and efficient information flow between SuccessFactors Employee Central and the broader enterprise technology landscape.

Key Accountabilities

INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT: Perform complex integration design, configuration, testing, and quality assurance for SuccessFactors and CPI interfaces.

INTEGRATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Develop and support end‑to‑end integration solutions to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable data exchange across HR, payroll, and downstream systems.

USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Collaborate with HR operations, IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely, stable solutions.

APPLICATION SUPPORT: Manage installation, deployment, and support activities for new integrations as well as updates to existing applications.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partner with multi‑functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.

COMPLIANCE: Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and performance standards in all integration development.

Qualifications

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.

Certifications and/or experience with CPI integrations.

Compensation & Benefits The expected salary for this position is $95,000‑$152,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
