Assist in accurately preparing and dispensing prescription medications under a licensed pharmacist\'s supervision. Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting patients with inquiries, processing transactions, and professionally addressing concerns. Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to ensure medication availability. Ensure all pharmacy operations adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain precise patient records and pharmacy documentation. Efficiently handle insurance claims processing and resolve reimbursement issues. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician training program is preferred. Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) Skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with pharmacy management software.
