Summary of Compensation
Average earning potential $250,000‑$550,000 (including New Graduates!)
Daily minimum guarantee of $800‑$1,000
30‑35% of production paid on everything including X‑rays (plus locational % premiums)
Two weeks paid vacation time
Cash bonuses up to $80,000
Long‑term cash incentives up to $60,000
Full medical benefits (includes family)
Malpractice coverage
Sponsorship for H‑1B, TN and Green Card available
$3,000 continuing‑education allowance per year (plus automatic enrollment in FamiliaU™)
License reimbursement

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality dental care to our patients.
Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
Ensure treatment plans are reviewed with each family and obtain informed consent for treatment services.
Deliver quality dental care to every patient.
Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment.
