Job Description We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who thrives at the intersection of relationships, strategy, and impact. This is your opportunity to own the customer journey — from onboarding to growth — and help leading manufacturers transform their operations through data‑driven SaaS solutions.

What You’ll Do

Lead the onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation and early success.

Deliver engaging, persona‑based training that simplifies technical information for users at all levels.

Build strong, trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders — from operators to executive sponsors.

Conduct regular meetings, visits, and business reviews to align on goals and uncover new opportunities for value creation.

Track adoption, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to proactively prevent churn.

Identify upsell and expansion opportunities that maximize the customer’s return on investment.

Develop success stories and case studies showcasing measurable impact.

Organize customer events and webinars to build a thriving, engaged user community.

Act as the voice of the customer internally — sharing insights, feedback, and best practices to influence product and sales strategy.

Partner with internal teams to continuously enhance the customer experience.

What You Bring

Proven experience managing enterprise‑level B2B customer relationships, including adoption, renewals, and expansion.

Strong understanding of customer success best practices in SaaS environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Proficiency in CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms.

Fluency in Japanese highly preferred — bilingual ability is a strong advantage.

Experience in manufacturing tech or industrial SaaS is a plus.

Willingness to work onsite in Chicago and travel up to 50%.
