Overview Geospatial & Cloud Analytics (GCA) is seeking a mission-driven Rapid Response Team Lead to support the high-priority, time-sensitive operational requirements. This role leads urgent, onsite task execution including classified/unclassified break‑fix activities, VIP support in GO/Flag quarters, and immediate incident response across critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate deployment of rapid response personnel for emergent and unplanned tasking.
Direct support of General Officer (GO) and Flag Officer quarters, ensuring secure and functional communications across all classifications.
Interface closely with JNOSC, engineering teams, Tier III service desk, and external vendors to resolve incidents quickly and effectively.
Manage scheduling, labor utilization, and resource tracking for rapid response tasks.
Deliver detailed reporting and performance metrics to Government stakeholders on a recurring basis.
Ensure strict compliance with DISA, DoD, and contract performance standards, especially during surge and high‑visibility events.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
Experience:
3+ years leading project teams in a DoD IT operational environment
3+ years of experience in time‑sensitive service delivery, preferably in transport/network operations
Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional response teams and communicate with senior stakeholders
Experience in VIP support and DoD executive communications setups is strongly preferred
Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) required
IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, or equivalent)
Desired Skills
Ability to prioritize and execute under pressure with minimal oversight
Experience with incident tracking systems (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow)
Familiarity with JNOSC or similar NOC operations
Strong understanding of DISA/DoD IT policies, SLAs, and escalation procedures
