Senior Manager, Business Applications Tekion Corp

Job Description We're looking for a Senior Manager of Business Applications to own and scale the systems that power our SaaS Lead‑to‑Revenue engine. In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution across Salesforce, NetSuite, and our subscription billing stack, ensuring seamless operations across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Customer Success, and GTM functions. This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who understands how to operationalize ARR, subscriptions, renewals, usage billing, and revenue recognition at scale — and who is equally comfortable architecting solutions and driving execution through internal teams and vendors.

What You'll Do

Develop the Business Systems roadmap for Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ, and Billing initiatives with company growth objectives

Lead end‑to‑end process automation for Lead‑to‑Cash, Quote‑to‑Invoice, and Renewal‑to‑Retention workflows

Enhance or implement CPQ, Usage/Metered Billing, Proration, Amendments, and Multi‑Entity/Multicurrency capabilities

Oversee integrations between CRM, ERP, and Billing, ensuring consistency across applications and downstream reporting

Drive data integrity and reporting visibility across ARR, MRR, churn, collections, and revenue metrics

Ensure alignment between Sales Ops, RevOps, and Finance on deal flows, approvals, provisioning, and invoicing

Manage change control, testing, documentation, and SOX/compliance governance for financial systems

Lead and mentor system admins, analysts, or SI partners, building an efficient operations engine

Monitor system performance, adoption, and ROI — continuously improving usability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

12+ years in Business Systems / RevOps / IT Applications roles, with a focus on SaaS or Subscription revenue models

Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ or Service) and NetSuite ERP in a SaaS environment

Hands‑on experience with subscription billing platforms such as NetSuite SuiteBilling, or Salesforce/Zuora/Chargebee/Stripe Billing

Strong understanding of ARR, MRR, renewals, amendments, usage billing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606)

Proven ability to design and scale Lead‑to‑Cash architectures across GTM and Finance systems

Experience integrating CRM, ERP, Billing, and Data Warehouse environments using APIs or iPaaS middleware

Strong program management and stakeholder alignment skills across Finance, Sales, IT, and Product

Familiarity with SOX, audit‑readiness, ITGCs, or system governance in financial systems

Exceptional communicator, able to simplify complexity and drive adoption across technical and non‑technical users

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a high‑growth SaaS or multi‑product subscription company

Background in SaaS, Subscription, or Usage‑Based Billing environments

Familiarity with self‑service checkout, PLG billing, or automated provisioning flows

Exposure to BI / RevOps analytics stacks (Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

Salesforce or NetSuite certifications (Admin, Architect, ERP Consultant)

Background in pricing operations, deal desk, or renewal automation initiatives

Exposure to SOX, GDPR, or audit‑readiness environments

Prior experience building or scaling a Business Systems / RevOps team
