Responsibilities
Drive the creation of advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable results
Serve as technical lead on data science projects, shaping solution architecture and strategic direction, while providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Query and wrangle data for analysis and modeling, including performing exploratory data analysis and feature engineering
Lead meetings with business stakeholders to understand company needs, iterate through solutions, make recommendations, and identify new opportunities
Effectively communicate findings, insights, and ideas, to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Lead collaborative efforts with other data scientists and Data & Analytics COE team members to implement high‑quality code and participate in regular code reviews
Provide thought leadership by exploring new methodologies, enhancing team coding practices, and elevating overall data science standards and processes
Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g., generative AI)
What You Bring
4+ years of experience required, 3+ years with a graduate degree
Strong proficiency in writing clean and reproducible code in Python. Streamlit experience preferred.
Proficiency in SQL, including subqueries/CTEs and complex joins
Proven experience developing and implementing machine learning models in production
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and core statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing), with the ability to design robust measurement frameworks that quantify the impact of AI solutions
Previous experience leading data‑driven projects from concept to execution, translating complex insights into actionable strategies and confidently presenting findings to stakeholders and senior leadership
Experience with version control using Git / Github
Demonstrated experience working with LLMs and / or designing generative AI solutions
Excellent organizational and project management skills

Job posting range: $107,001 - $147,500
Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
