What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Demonstrate a strong understanding of technologies such as SD-WAN, data center technologies, and AI infrastructure
Actively participate in customer sales meetings and drive presentations of technical solutions
Partner with procurement to generate quotes and translate design requirements into BOMs
Build and nurture customer relationships while collaborating with sales counterparts
Engage in 40%–50% domestic and international travel
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of pre‑sales engineering or related experience
Cisco CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or Arista L5 certifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of campus networking, SDx, data center & cloud, and security technologies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve objectives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting global enterprise clients across multiple regions and time zones
Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and networking performance in high‑compute environments
Exposure to hyperscaler environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud networking architectures
Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform)
Prior involvement in RFP/RFI processes and technical proposal development
