Program Information This Long Term Sub position will work with students district-wide and their families, servicing students in General and Special Education settings at Centerview Elementary School (Grades Early Childhood – 4). It is expected to start February 2026 and end in late April 2026.

Position Overview

Provide direct instruction to students.

Collaborate with school staff and families while managing all aspects of due process procedures and mandates.

Communicate with parents to provide regular updates on student successes and challenges.

Collaborate with principals, special education coordinator and staff, and professional learning communities to ensure student needs are being met.

Maintain student records of services provided, following due process best practices and compliance.

Qualifications

MA, MS, or PhD in Speech‑Language Pathology.

Current Minnesota State Licensure in Speech‑Language Pathology.

Creative planning and organizational skills.

Highly effective interpersonal skills.

Clinical fellows for whom school experience is a professional goal will be considered.

Salary Long Term Substitute of 1.0 FTE Teacher – Rate: $50,076 – $102,103 per school year (placement determined by experience and qualifications). Salary will be prorated based on length of assignment.
