Full‑time (40 hours per week) Clinical Audiologist reporting to the Clinical Director of Audiology at the Burlington, MA campus. Focus on cochlear implant care and adult audiologic services.
Responsible for
Perform full diagnostic hearing evaluations, including case histories, pure‑tone audiometry, speech testing, tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, Dix‑Hallpike, and otoacoustic emissions.
Interpret results and recommend follow‑up care such as additional assessment, medical intervention, or rehabilitation.
Communicate diagnostic findings to patients, families, physicians, and allied health professionals.
Conduct cochlear implant evaluations, activations, and long‑term postoperative care for FDA‑approved devices.
Support implant recipients with assistive device recommendations and rehabilitation planning.
Obtain and interpret objective cochlear implant measures including intraoperative measurements.
Perform hearing aid fitting, amplification assessment, and verification with real‑ear measurements.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Audiology (Doctorate preferred).
1–2 years of related work experience; hospital‑based practice experience preferred.
Audiology licensure in Massachusetts.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
Adherence to BILH and ASHA standards of practice and ethical code.
Proficiency with electronic health records, web‑based applications, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Office‑based outpatient care environment, with occasional inpatient, OR duties.
Pay Range $85,446.00 – $115,000.00 USD annual base salary.
Additional Information All staff are required to be vaccinated against influenza as a condition of employment.
