Human Resources Assistant

is responsible for processing, maintaining employee files, and responding to employee inquiries as they arise.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking in Spanish and English .

Must be able to maintain an outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with candidates and Team Members

Human Resource experience in the Home Care / Health Care industry is a plus

Knowledge with HHA Exchange is a plus (offer training)

Experience with employee verification and background checks (CHRC, E-Verify, HCR)
