What You'll Do

Lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care

Manage and mentor nursing staff while guiding day‑to‑day clinical operations

Supervise, coach, and support the professional growth of nurses and caregivers

Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and drive individualized care planning

Foster a positive, respectful, and engaged workplace culture

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal clinical regulations

Promote residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well‑being

Collaborate with families, residents, providers, and interdisciplinary teams

Respond to urgent and emergent needs across all assigned care areas

Uphold and demonstrate the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest

What You'll Need

Must be 18 years or older

Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English

RN license within the state of WI required

Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within a senior living setting
