JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity‑backed healthcare services provider seeking to find a Controller. The Controller will report directly to the CFO and collaborate closely with other executive leaders and key stakeholders. This individual will oversee the accounting, treasury and tax functions of the organization, playing a crucial role in its continued growth and success. As a key thought partner, the Controller will assist the executive team in making strategic decisions to ensure the organization’s financial health and long-term success. The ideal candidate has over eight years of experience, an active CPA and previous experience in public accounting.
