What You’ll Be Stirring the Pot With:
Leading remediation, investigation, and compliance projects that actually matter
Air, soil, water monitoring, and sampling experience.
Designing and reviewing environmental engineering solutions that don’t just look good on paper
Guiding junior staff so they don’t reinvent the wheel (or light it on fire)
Interfacing with NJDEP, federal agencies, and private clients like a seasoned pro
Bringing sharp judgment to project strategy, budgeting, and execution
Occasionally stepping into the field because you’re not “that senior” — you still know what a soil core looks like
The Vibes We’re Looking For:
8+ years in environmental engineering, consulting, or remediation
PE or close to it — NJ preferred (bonus points if you can translate NJDEP speak into English)
Strong command of site investigation, LSRP coordination, groundwater treatment, and environmental compliance
A brain that loves both spreadsheets and soil boring logs
Leadership chops without the ego
Someone who can keep projects moving even when unexpected curveballs come flying in hot
