We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Order to Cash (O2C) Techno Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations, customizations, and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional and technical expertise in the Order to Cash cycle, including modules such as Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Advanced Pricing. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and delivering high-quality implementations to optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities Requirement Analysis & Solution Design : Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements for the Order to Cash process. Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business needs and Oracle EBS capabilities. Prepare functional and technical design documents (e.g., BRD, MD.50, MD.70, TE.20) following AIM methodology. Configuration & Customization : Configure Oracle EBS modules including Order Management, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, and Advanced Pricing to meet business requirements. Develop and customize RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) to address business gaps. Implement customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, and XML Publisher (BI Publisher). Development & Integration : Design and develop interfaces and conversions using tools like SQL*Loader, UTL_FILE, and Oracle APIs to integrate legacy systems with Oracle EBS. Customize Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages and develop new pages using JDeveloper as needed. Implement and customize workflows for Order Management processes, such as order approval and fulfillment. Provide production support for Oracle EBS O2C modules, troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner. Work with Oracle Support to raise and resolve Service Requests (SRs) for seeded functionality issues. Perform performance tuning using tools like EXPLAIN PLAN, SQL Trace, TKPROF, and Hints to optimize custom applications and reports. Testing & Deployment : Develop test plans and scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and go-live activities. Use version control tools (e.g., Tortoise Subversion) and FNDLOAD for code migration across instances. Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for development, testing, and support activities. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and junior team members. Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : 7+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C) processes. Proven expertise in Oracle EBS modules: Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Advanced Pricing. Hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades (11i to R12), and production support for Oracle EBS R12/11i. Technical Skills : Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms (6i/10g), Oracle Reports (6i/10g), Workflow Builder, and XML Publisher. Strong knowledge of Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) features, including Concurrent Programs, Value Sets, and Flex Fields. Experience with tools like SQL*Plus, TOAD, SQL Developer, and JDeveloper. Familiarity with interface development using SQL*Loader, UTL_FILE, and Oracle APIs. Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and customization of OAF pages. Experience with UNIX shell scripting for automation tasks (e.g., FTP, data loading). Functional Skills : In-depth understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) business processes, including order entry, pricing, shipping, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Expertise in configuring Multi-Org Access Control (MOAC) setups, including Operating Units and Inventory Organizations. Familiarity with Trading Community Architecture (TCA) for customer data management. Soft Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and technical teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Certifications : Oracle E-Business Suite certification (e.g., Oracle EBS R12 Financials or Supply Chain). ITIL or related certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x and integration with third-party systems. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA/BPEL, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for advanced integrations. Prior experience in Dallas, TX, or willingness to work onsite/hybrid as required. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
