AI Data Architect Hybrid - 3 days onsite in NYC $180,000-$200,000 We are working with an innovative fintech startup in New York City that is leveraging AI to enhance financial decision-making, optimize risk management, and drive automation in the financial sector. They are seeking an AI Data Architect to lead the design and optimization of their AI data infrastructure. This is an opportunity to shape AI strategy and drive impactful solutions at a fast-growing company. Responsibilities:
Design and oversee AI data architectures, pipelines, and storage solutions Evaluate and implement scalable data management frameworks for AI applications Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless data integration for AI models Optimize data workflows for AI model performance and efficiency Stay ahead of advancements in AI-driven financial data architecture and recommend strategic innovations to improve analytics, compliance, and risk assessment Mentor and guide AI engineers and data scientists What they are looking for:
Experience designing and implementing AI data architectures Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX Strong understanding of cloud-based data infrastructure for AI (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and NLP technologies Expertise in data scalability and optimization for AI models Knowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance for financial AI applications Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and Kubernetes for AI data processing Ability to balance research-driven AI innovation with production-grade deployment Seniority level
