Role: eCommerce Sr Advertising Strategist

Location: San Diego, CA 92101 (Onsite at Symphony Towers)

Compensation Range: $90,000-$120,000 DOE

Are you a data-driven digital marketing pro with a passion for performance and leadership?

We’re shaping brand stories, driving scalable growth, and setting new standards for what performance looks like on the world’s biggest retail platform. We’re looking for an eCommerce Sr Advertising Strategist to lead digital ad campaigns for Amazon and other retail media platforms. In this role, you'll own strategy, guide junior team members, and help shape the future of our ad services.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and optimize Amazon search campaignsand other retail media strategies
• Conduct market researchand competitor analysis to inform client strategy
• Analyze campaign datato create clear, actionable recommendations
• Leverage AI toolsand delegate resources to improve performance and workflow
• Stay current on industry trendsand best practices, and own SME-level expertise in up to three advertising functions
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate directly with clients

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Advanced hands-on experience with Amazon Ad Consoleand 3rd-party platforms
• Proven leadershipin campaign strategy and team mentorship (including junior team members)
• Strong analytical skillswith Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation Transparency

We’ve listed a broad salary range of $90,000-$120,000/year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
