We are seeking a skilled Patent Agent to join our Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment. We’re looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise and a passion for intellectual property law. Responsibilities: Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical engineering, software engineering, and computer science-related fields. Collaborate with attorneys and clients on patent filings and portfolio strategy. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends. Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics. 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
