As a brand ambassador, you will cultivate excitement around our products and services, engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations and customer needs continuously evolve. You will forge significant connections with our customers and build exceptional relationships, unmatched across the wireless industry, through educating and recommending the best device and service solutions for them. This is an exciting learning role focused on building skills in preparation for a promotion to Mobile Expert. Here’s what you can expect in this role: Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey seamlessly, whether they're online or in-store. Identify individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Engage in side-by-side selling to provide personalized solutions, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. Handle service and sales needs with integrity and compassion. Utilize digital tools to enhance interactions, showcasing our superior coverage and services. Participate in training to become proficient in T-Mobile's in-store experience and sales processes. Establish partnerships with colleagues across different channels to create an exceptional customer experience. Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive work environment. Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (Required). Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting (Required). Key Attributes: Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and connecting with others. Competitive spirit with a track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment. Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders while learning and sharing ideas. Adept at balancing customer satisfaction with performance goals. Additional Information:

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. This position does not require travel. In this role, you'll start with an hourly base pay of $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour in training pay. After successfully completing training within the first 90 days, you will promote to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status. Every T-Mobile employee is guaranteed to earn $20/hour, including base pay and incentives, and qualifies for an Annual Stock Grant. Benefits:
