Las Vegas Metro Area . You will own and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle within your assigned accounts and lead a cross-functional team to develop and execute a multi-year strategic account management plan. The team includes a Client Solution Architect, Executive Advisory Director, and a Client Operations Specialist. While you lead the team, team members are managed by their respective managers; this role is not people management but sales leadership support. How you'll make an impact Build trusted, effective relationships with client executives at multiple levels within your accounts. Lead your team to create multi-year strategic account plans based on client business, technology, and security goals, aligned with Optiv’s understanding of security trends and threats. Build a sales pipeline 3-4 times your targets and achieve/exceed gross margin goals of over $1.5M annually. Manage forecasts with high accuracy, currency, and integrity. Lead cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies using methodologies like MEDDICC and Command of the Message. Communicate Optiv’s value proposition effectively regarding security services and technologies. Develop strong relationships with technology partners and their sales teams to generate and share leads, building a qualified pipeline. Coordinate communications between clients, vendors, and your team members within each account. Maintain internal communication with Optiv team members regarding opportunities, requirements, and client satisfaction. What we're looking for 7+ years of solution and services sales experience in IT or Security environments. Proven success in developing and executing strategic account plans, exceeding multi-million-dollar gross margin quotas. Ability to lead cross-functional teams of sales, technical, and support personnel effectively. Strong business acumen to align security solutions with business and cyber risk management. Ability to build productive relationships with key executives and sponsors. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of the IT security market, Risk & Compliance market, and competitors. History of exceeding plans and expectations. #LI-CH1 Total Target Compensation $250,000 – $300,000+ annually This includes base salary and an uncapped bonus plan based on new and renewal business, influenced by responsibilities, experience, education, internal equity, location, and market factors.
