About The Role
We’re seeking a
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of business functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing high-volume requisitions, and is passionate about building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
This is an
individual contributor role —you’ll be hands-on and directly responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier talent for roles in
operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance .
What You’ll Do
Manage 20+ open requisitions at a time across various business units Own the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies Develop pipelines of passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process Partner with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide hiring insights Support process improvement initiatives and recruiting best practices Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment laws
What We’re Looking For
8–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or high-growth environments Experience recruiting for operations, engineering, supply chain, or finance roles Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems) Critical thinker with the ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Nice To Have
Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and UKG Background in supporting confidential or sensitive search projects\
