Who We Are Looking For Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role provides best-in-class sales management execution to secure sales for the company’s dietary fiber products in 2025. An ideal candidate has:

Extensive experience developing and securing key customers in health food or broader CPG food industry

Track record of moving key customers through the sales pipeline to close sales

Knowledge of the food ingredient space, including insights and trends driving consumer demand

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of profitably positioning and selling products into relevant markets and fostering relationships with Global Ingredients Company’s key customers. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership skills with demonstrated people sales management experience. This is a hands-on, "working manager" role and requires leadership in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

Develop a thorough understanding of Global Ingredients Company’s product offerings

Drive sales through the sales team by identifying and developing target and key accounts

Oversee building relationships with customers to address nutritional, sustainability and formulation needs of customers in food markets

Manage the entire customer acquisition pipeline from lead qualification through purchase orders and retention

Meet sales and margin targets, including negotiating terms such as pricing and volume commitments while overseeing sales targets of team members

Collaborate cross-functionally (product development, supply chain, marketing, and customer care) to ensure customer satisfaction

Work with Marketing and R&D to bring new product ideas to market

Lead in resolving important customer issues

Provide customer insight to the organization

What We Offer Salary $160,000 - $180,000
