We specialize in cosmetic, restorative, pediatric, and implant dentistry, with a strong emphasis on continuing education and mentorship.

Compensation Range $160,000 – $262,000 per year, reflecting expected annual income based on individual production, clinical skill set, treatment planning, and experience level.

Ideal Candidate

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility)

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient‑centered care

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment

At least 3 years of professional clinical experience required
