About the Team DoorDash’s New Verticals organization focuses on accelerating one of our strategic pillars — DashMart, our grocery and convenience delivery offering. We’re building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging the DoorDash platform. The DashMart S&O Affordability team owns initiatives to make grocery delivery more affordable for Cx, through targeted initiatives across fees and pricing.

About the Role As an Associate Manager on the DashMart S&O team, you will own analytic support for pricing initiatives at DashMart. In this role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to bring our pricing strategy to life, analyzing performance, and then iterate accordingly.

You will report into the Manager, DashMart S&O in our New Verticals organization.

Strategize.

From first principles problem solving, you will set the strategic vision for your initiatives for pricing setting across SKUs, baskets, and categories.

Collaborate.

You will support DashMart’s pricing initiatives through maintaining a close partnership with our engineering, category management, inventory management, and product management teams.

Experiment.

You will build dashboards, analyze A/B test results, and translate results into guardrails and playbooks.

Analyze.

Utilize your knowledge of data to model demand, elasticity, and unit economics and identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and initiatives.

You’re a strategic thinker and are comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to make decisions. You have experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel.

You’re able to manage multiple concurrent projects, stay organized, and prioritize your time effectively.

You have strong cross‑functional skills and have experience with projects spanning multiple teams and can align on mutual goals.

You have a strong attention to detail, the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment, and the tenacity to solve many disparate problems for multiple stakeholders at once.

You have 4‑6 years experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high‑growth or early‑stage startup or related experience.

You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, or a related field.

Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

Paid Time Off (Salaried):

flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

Paid Time Off (Hourly):

vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado is

$98,600 - $145,000 USD .
