In this role you’ll be empowered to lead clinical quality while practicing medicine, supported by world‑class medicine, technology, facilities, and a talented team. You’ll establish the direction and medical quality of the hospital like a practice owner, with the backing of experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more.

Team of 6 (DVM, HM, VA's and CSR's) We see dogs, cats, exotics and farm animals (except cows and horses) We practice Fear‑Free Ultrasound, hot cutting laser, cold laser, digital x‑ray (dental too), fluid pumps and warmer, pulse ox, water blanket warmer, bear huggers, anesthesia monitoring devices Current DVM does a mix of surgeries, including soft tissue, reproductive, splenectomies/GDVs, c‑sections, advanced dentistry and orthopedic Great area, small city located next to the Choptank River, near farmland and only an hour and a half from Ocean City, MD Schedule
Full‑Time or Part‑Time Flexible on scheduling Hours of Operation
Mon: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Tue: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Wed: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Thu/Fri: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Sat/Sun: Closed Cases

Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $140k – $160k, dependent on experience. Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and other relevant credentials. Salary range listed is based on a 40‑hour work week. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs. A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, from an accredited university or equivalent Licensure in good standing to practice in MD, or the ability to obtain A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics About VCA
