Direct and manage a complete continuum of high‑quality care within the care team Treat chronic diseases and disorders Review patient files/records, including allergies, problems, medications, and immunization status Elicit and record information about patient’s medical history Order or execute various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient’s condition Analyze reports and findings of tests and examinations and diagnose patient condition What makes an Optum Career Different

Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or New York application in process Residency trained and Board‑certified or Board‑eligible in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start Salary Range (New York Residents)
$256,997 to $364,843 per year. Salary reflects total cash compensation at target, with base and bonus components variable based on experience and performance. All other benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Legal and Compliance
