As the Head of Global Sales, you’ll be the driving force behind Lakera’s next phase of explosive growth. You’ll architect and execute our global go-to-market strategy, lead a world‑class sales organization, and shape how enterprises around the world secure their AI future.
In this pivotal role, you’ll build, inspire and scale a high‑performing team that turns Lakera’s incredible market momentum into sustained revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership to position Lakera—now part of Check Point Software Technologies—as the global standard for Generative AI Security.

What You’ll Be Doing & Your Impact
Define, develop and execute a consistent and scalable sales strategy that appeals to CISOs and enterprise security teams.
Own the company’s overall revenue targets and identify new revenue opportunities to scale Lakera’s revenue.
Build deep relationships with customers and align the sales strategy with their needs.
Implement and manage the right sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and analytics to ensure the growing sales team leverages data to operate efficiently.
Lead market analysis efforts to understand trends, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics; refine Lakera’s sales strategy to be well positioned for market demands.
Attract top‑tier talent and create a performance‑oriented culture that provides coaching and training to maximize the sales team’s potential.
Prepare necessary plans for budget, revenue forecasts, personnel, capital expenditures and operating costs, ensuring all go‑to‑market initiatives have high ROI.
Cultivate relationships with post‑sales, marketing, product and engineering; provide customer feedback to all functions to ensure Lakera’s collective success.
Leverage Check Point’s global channels and enterprise relationships to accelerate Lakera’s adoption while establishing a distinct AI security sales playbook.
Define and execute repeatable sales playbooks that accelerate adoption of Lakera’s AI Security Platform.
Manage a global scope with an initial focus on North America and Europe.
Build a category‑defining sales engine while navigating the complex intersection of enterprise AI adoption and evolving cybersecurity regulation.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
5+ years of sales leadership experience, 10+ years of sales experience with a technical product.
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in early‑stage B2B SaaS companies, ideally in the cybersecurity space.
Expertise in selling products to technical buyers, preferably CISOs, in enterprise companies.
Demonstrated success in building, scaling and leading high‑performing sales teams beyond 100+ members, with a hands‑on approach in both team leadership and individual deal closing.
Ability to navigate and influence C‑suite executives, both internally and with customers.
Track record of closing large 6‑ and 7‑figure deals.
Ability to translate non‑technical market feedback into concrete engineering, marketing and product plans.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally at all levels of the organization.
Location San Francisco or New York City preferred, but open to exceptional candidates in other major hubs (e.g., Boston, Chicago). Hybrid preferred in SF.
Compensation and Benefits Our total compensation package is a blend of salary, equity and benefits. We are committed to paying fairly and aim for the three elements to be highly competitive with market rates. Equity is a major component of the total compensation; we will communicate equity amounts at the time of offer.
