Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Software Engineer
with a strong background in building scalable, high‑quality cloud‑native applications. The ideal candidate brings a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset and thrives in a fast‑paced, agile environment. You will play a key role in system design, development, deployment, and mentoring team members, while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot.
Build responsive, user‑friendly interfaces with React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Architect microservices and RESTful APIs for high‑performance systems.
Lead code reviews and technical design sessions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
Document architecture decisions and development guidelines.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java Spring Boot and React JS.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Terraform.
Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and design patterns.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in supply‑chain or warehouse systems is a plus.
Location Charlotte, NC | Florham Park, NJ | Miramar, FL | Houston, TX
This role allows the selected candidate to work from home 2 days per week as part of our flexible work policy.
Starting Salary $120,000 - $135,000 USD*
Benefits Full‑time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401(k) Match. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
