BOSTON UNIVERSITY CHOBANIAN & Avedisian SCHOOL OF MEDICINE (BUCASM), Department of Psychiatry, is seeking Addiction Psychiatrists to join our faculty.
Overview The Department of Psychiatry, located at our main campus in Downtown Boston, offers ambulatory‑based clinical opportunities and is undergoing a period of growth. We are expanding care for a diverse, underserved patient population facing a range of behavioral health and often co‑occurring physical health conditions. We seek skilled, passionate, mission‑driven psychiatrists to provide acute and longitudinal outpatient services in our new clinical space and to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of recovery specialists, peer specialists, psychologists, advanced practice providers and case managers.
Requirements
Medical Degree
Board‑eligible/certified in Psychiatry
Experience in Addiction Psychiatry is desired
Preference for board‑eligible/certified in Addiction Psychiatry or ABMS/ABPM in Addiction Medicine
Compensation Boston University School of Medicine offers a competitive salary commensurate with academic training and practice experience. Salary range: $228,648–$360,078. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and the departmental budget. This range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting.
