Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods is recruiting for full‑time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians. New grads are welcome to apply! Location: Novato, California Salary range: $280,000 to $315,000, depending on experience. Highlights

Ambulatory practice with flexible hours for work‑life balance. Ability to practice full‑spectrum family medicine. No inpatient responsibilities; hospitals provide inpatient support. EPIC EMR system. Benefits including paid CME, paid time‑off, pension plan and 401(k), phone stipend, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability insurance, health, dental, fertility, vision and pet insurance, identity protection. Malpractice and tail insurance coverage. Relocation allowance and sign‑on bonus. Forgivable loan of $200,000 for mortgage/refinancing or loan repayment. $2,000 monthly stipend for residents who commit to hire (maximum 12 months).
