Summary
Base salary starts at $460,000 with a peds call stipend of $45,000 and a $50,000 sign‑on bonus.
Overall compensation of $650,000 includes $460,000 base, $45,000 peds call stipend, $40,000 general call stipend, and $7,200 per Saturday 24‑hour call (up to $86,400 annually).
Benefits Comprehensive benefits package available through LifeBridge Health, including medical, dental, vision, disability, CME reimbursement, credentialing license renewals, memberships, eight weeks paid vacation, eight holidays, and up to $30,000 yearly employer contributions to a 403(b) retirement plan. Employees may also contribute to a 457(b) deferred compensation plan.
Responsibilities
Pediatric at‑home call required 7 days within every 28‑day period; pediatric call‑in rate approximately 5‑10%.
Adult 1st and 2nd call negotiable.
Opportunity for additional compensation by taking extra call ($250/hr).
Organization Overview LifeBridge Metropolitan Anesthesia, a new medical group, provides general, pediatric, and cardio‑thoracic anesthesia services at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and other care centers in the greater Baltimore region. Sinai Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and teaching hospital with residency programs across numerous specialties.
