About the Role As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing both the front‑end experiences and the backend systems that power our AI‑driven platform. You’ll work closely with the founder, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless, human‑centered interactions with reliability, speed, and scalability.
What You’ll Do
Build, test, and deploy responsive, user‑friendly web applications.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Collaborate with AI and product teams to integrate adaptive intelligence systems.
Ensure application performance, security, and high availability across the stack.
Optimize data flow, storage, and retrieval for real‑time user experiences.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing, and monitoring for both front‑end and backend services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve systems continuously.
What You Bring
2–4 years of full stack development experience.
Strong proficiency with Node.js / NestJS (preferred) and front‑end frameworks such as React or Next.js.
Solid understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL) with experience in schema design and optimization.
Hands‑on experience building and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
Must be Bengaluru‑based and available to work in person.
