With five satellites on orbit and many more set to launch soon, the company is servicing a backlog of more than $1 billion of commercial contracts.

Senior Manager, Demand Generation Astranis is looking for a B2B marketing leader to build our demand gen engine from the ground up. You’ll design and execute strategies that generate qualified leads, accelerate our commercial and government pipeline, and directly support the sale of Astranis satellites.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Network Planning, and US Government teams to identify target accounts, launch multi‑channel campaigns, and develop scalable processes to track and optimize performance across the funnel. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role that will shape how Astranis connects with customers around the world.

Role:

Build and execute Astranis’s demand generation and ABM for commercial and government customers.

Implement an Account Based Marketing strategy and develop and manage account lists, segmentation, ICPs, and targeting frameworks.

Design integrated campaigns across email/text, events, paid, and social that drive MQLs and pipeline velocity.

Partner with Sales and BD to align outreach, messaging, and funnel measurement.

Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing automation tools.

Experiment with creative new approaches to reach decision‑makers in key markets.

Requirements:

6-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, or lifecycle, including 2+ years in a management role. Enterprise sales experience required.

Proven ability to build lead generation or ABM programs from the ground up.

Experience with CRM and automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales and marketing teams.

Ability to move quickly from strategy to hands‑on execution.

Test, learn, and iterate mentality, always looking for incremental improvements.

Bonus:

Experience in aerospace, defense, or telecommunications industries. Familiarity with export controls, government contracting implications, and working in regulated environments.

Understanding of and sensitivity to marketing across regions, languages, and cultures.

Passion for space technology and connecting the world.

What we offer: All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits. Base pay is a single component of Astranis’s total rewards package, which may also include equity in the form of incentive stock options, high quality company‑subsidized healthcare, disability and life insurance benefits, flexible PTO, 401(K) retirement, and free on‑site catered meals.

Base Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 USD

U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required

(To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the United States, or other protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))
