This position is responsible for executing and delivering complex, cross-domain technology initiatives for the IT Enterprise Strategy & Architecture (ESA) division. It requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands‑on technical and program management, with close collaboration across architecture teams in Enterprise, Cloud, Platform, Data & AI, Application, and Network domains.

The Program Manager also works with key IT partners—such as Capital Projects, Operational Technology, Infrastructure & Operations, Product, and Cybersecurity—to ensure unified delivery that supports business objectives. A central function of the role involves creating executive dashboards and performance metrics to evaluate team capacity, improve resource allocation, and provide clear visibility into project status. This consultant will aid leadership in enhancing operational efficiency and advancing long‑term strategic plans.

Responsibilities Program Oversight & Delivery

Manage cross‑functional technology programs across all ESA domains.

Create and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and key milestones.

Utilize both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (PMBOK, Waterfall) methodologies.

Monitor performance through KPIs and OKRs; champion continuous improvement.

Align internal teams and external vendors to achieve delivery targets.

Architecture Collaboration & Technical Coordination

Collaborate with teams in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Platform, Data & AI, Application, and Network.

Guarantee alignment with organizational architecture standards and the strategic roadmap.

Aid in integrating on‑premises systems with cloud‑based platforms.

Document system designs, governance models, and implementation guides.

Executive Reporting & Performance Metrics

Develop dashboards to illustrate team capacity, resource distribution, and project health.

Convert complex data into actionable insights for executive decision‑making.

Assist in strategic planning and operational governance.

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership

Partner with Capital Projects, OT, Infrastructure, Product, and Cybersecurity units.

Supervise 10–20 personnel; offer coaching and performance management.

Oversee team priorities, resource supply/demand, and operational readiness.

Act as an ESA representative in technical reviews, planning meetings, and industry events.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

Proactively identify delivery risks and create mitigation plans.

Lead post‑implementation reviews and performance assessments.

Foster innovation and process enhancements across ESA systems.

Ensure quality control and compliance for all program deliverables.
