Bookkeeping: Record and reconcile financial transactions, manage accounts payable, and produce monthly financial summaries. Human Resources: Support client HR functions including onboarding, employee file management, and compliance tracking. Payroll: Process client payroll accurately and on schedule; ensure tax and benefits deductions are correct. Provider Credentialing: Manage credentialing and recredentialing with payers and facilities, ensuring deadlines are met and applications are accurate. Act as the main liaison between us and assigned clients, delivering timely updates and clear communication. Maintain detailed records and documentation in alignment with compliance requirements. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare administration, practice management, or a related operational role. Experience with medical bookkeeping, payroll systems, and HR processes. Knowledge of provider credentialing with insurance payers and facilities. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks, payroll software, and credentialing systems preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and priorities. Seniority Level
